2013 Annual Report

2013 Annual Report

2013 marked our 10th year of serving some of the most at-risk children and families in Haiti. We encourage you to take a look at the report and review some of the numbers behind the stories of encouragement. These are the facts that demonstrate the remarkable impact we are having in our community, and these are the figures that show how you are making a difference in the lives of the children we serve.

Meet Ysmerline

Meet Ysmerline

Last week we welcomed Ysmerline Angel House Orphanage. She is estimated to be about 2 years old and had been abandoned to a local hospital when she was just months old. Although generally healthy, she is blind in one eye. She often appears to be giving a sour expression because she will squint as she works to focus on what is in front of her. Because she has been confined to just her crib, she has underdeveloped muscles and cannot walk on her own yet.

The Power of Sponsorship

The Power of Sponsorship

Comerson had been discarded. His mom abandoned him on the streets of Port-au-Prince, and he was close to death. A street vendor took this severely malnourished and listless baby boy to the local authorities. The social service agency in Haiti contacted Three Angels to see if we would be willing to take him in. In all honesty, this baby was very sick and some were preparing for him not to make it.
